We feel officially retired now as I no longer am involved with county politics and we spend Thanksgiving through March in South Carolina with the kids. In 2006 BJ (confirmed bachelor) built a home with a finished suite upstairs for us. This was a wonderful surprise!. He lives in Rock Hill and has been a math professor at Winthrop University for 12 years. Jennifer is in Mt. Pleasant, suburb of Charleston, where she is in private practice as a family doctor. Only 3 hours apart, we can see alot of both of them each winter.
The house sold, we downsized (HUGELY!) to an apartment in the old Fredonia Seed Co. New address is 183 E. Main St., Apt. 213. Presently, we are in SC with the kids for the winter until April.
Hard to believe that, as of September, 2010, the halls of Wheelock School will no longer ring with the sounds of Fredonia's little ones. Oh well, times, they are
a-changin'.
August 19, 2011 update: The time has come for me to officially change our connections.
